Throwback Thursday Presents the 80′s remixes

Today, Dancing Astronaut brings you an 80′s bonanza for Throwback Thursday.

We will start with the most faithful of the remixes. Every one knows Maniac, the iconic Michael Sembello classic, known as much for the song itself as its placement in Flashdance. The Bloody Beetroots enjoyed the song so much, they put their own spin on it so they could use it in their sets.

Next up is Ray Parker Jr’s hilarious “Ghostbusters.” Parisian DJ Don Rimini, most well known for his work with Crookers, added a nice electro touch to the song.

Third is a remix of the main work from Eddy Murphy’s illustrious musical career: “Party All The Time.” World-Famous DJ Sharam turned the song into his first big hit as a solo DJ several years ago.

And last, but certainly not least, is HervĂ©’s famous sampling of MJ’s “Thriller” in “Cheap Thrills.”

80′s is a lifestyle. Don’t ever forget that.
