Pioneer releases DJM-2000nexus, introduces four performance modes and BPM sync

After updating the CDJ-2000’s to nexus earlier this fall, Pioneer is finishing off the line by introducing the DJM-2000nexus. It looks very similar to its predecessor and most of the features included are the same. New features include Sync Master which allows you to set the master BPM for up to four CDJs from the mixer and four performance modes which allows tracks to be remixed in real time. These modes change the touchscreen to either beat slice, sidechan remix, frequency mix or midi. The new DJM also includes support for the Rekordbox app for iOS which lets DJs prepare playlists, cues, and view waveforms on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, and then wirelessly transfer content to the device. If you want a live demo check out MONSTA showing us some new features after the break.
