The weekend is mere hours away, and with it comes a new anthem from Cashmere Cat and DJ Mustard. The two superstar producers started working on the track — appropriately titled “Ice Rink” — last January, and just over one year later it’s finally ready for our ears. “Ice Rink” is every bit as bouncy and poppy as Cashmere Cat and Ariana Grande’s phenomenal “Be My Baby,” and it boasts the full, polished sound we’ve come to expect from Mustard. Cashmere Cat says this is just the first of many beats that he and DJ Mustard worked on together; let’s hope that they’re all this on-point.
