Bouq and The Otherside label head Butch has just announced dates and locations for a six-date U.S. tour that will hit five states within one week. Lauded as ‘Producer of the Year’ several times over across his career, the German DJ and producer took the new year by storm with critically-acclaimed Watergate 18. His subsequent EP, Songs about unconsciousness, also made waves with its unique energy and masterful production. After so much time spent in the studio, it seems about right that the techno mainstay is taking to the road again (if only for a week). The tour kicks off on June 12 in Detroit (Grasshopper Underground) and will visit Denver (Altitude Anonymous Festival) on June 13, Miami (Steam) on June 14, New York City (Verboten) and Cambridge (Make It New) on June 18, and finally Chicago (TBA) on June 26.
