Jauz previews ‘Lean On’ remix with Dillon Francis
“Feel The Volume,” the jackin’ house track that took Jauz zero to 100 in a matter of weeks, marked the beginning of what is sure to be a long and prosperous relationship with Mad Decent. Diplo has come out in support of the young Icon Collective artist multiple times, but his next move may be the one that permanently cements him as a new school member of mainstream innovators.
Following Major Lazer‘s release of “Lean On,” a DJ Snake-assisted chart topper, DJs across the globe took an opportunity to jump on the new work and put their creative production talents to the test — including Dillon Francis and Jauz. The two took to the studio to create a genre-defying production that roars with Dillon’s signature synths and Jauz’s immaculate drum work, and the SharkSquad leader jumped at the opportunity to debut the track (and send Dillon Francis a quick video of the premiere).
