Boogie Angst is counting some considerably strong musical artillery at the outset of its launch, but Kraak & Smaak‘s returns to the imprint to provide a big talking point. Following up where ‘All I Want Is You‘ left off, the Leiden mob make with another bittersweet vocal gem for the left-of-field sound waves of modern indie dance.

Playing into the trio’s retro yet soulful musical space, ‘Way Back Home’ employs the sparing yet on-point songwriting of Ivar for a dejected disco cut.
