There’s no better time than summertime to listen to Odesza, a production duo that has been heating up the electronic music scene with their lush, unique sound. Following a successful string of early summer stops at Washington’s Sasquatch! Festival and Tennessee’s Bonnaroo Festival, the Seattle group shares a new remix for their good friend and fellow Pacific Northwesterner, Emancipator.

“Eve II” is intricately layered with an echoing “coo” vocal sample, rich reverberations, and delicate bells. What Odesza have blessed us with is a textured track that is delicate yet vivid, though entirely perfect for the warm weather season.

Odesza will be embarking on their In Return World Tour, kicking off in New Zealand this September, with several Phase I stops already announced. Their “Eve II” remix will be appearing on Emancipator’s Dusk To Dawn Remixes, out next Friday on Loci Records.
