Valentino Khan – Deep Down Low (Party Favor Remix)
Valentino Khan‘s cerebral g-house single “Deep Down Low” has cemented a place as one of the most widely accessible tracks of 2015, fitting suitably in club sets and festival performances for a varied range of DJs.
Dylan Ragland, better known as Party Favor, has extended the track’s versatility today with a chaotic revision. Ragland’s “Deep Down Low” remix is the latest in an extremely prolific string of trap renditions. For this installment, however, he has shifted away from his glitchy twerk staple in favor of a darker, more aggressive vision. Ragland’s spin on “Deep Down Low” incorporates the original’s bass vocal into a more ominous context, setting the stage for a strident trap segment and ultimately a cataclysmic hardstyle culmination.
