One of the most refreshing contributions to dance music ushered in by the internet is a new generation of supremely talented female vocalists, discovered meritocratically through SoundCloud and Twitter direct message. One such artist is Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Evalyn, who makes her breathtaking vocal debut with a mashup of The Weeknd’s “The Hills” and Kavinsky’s “Nightcall.”

The ambitious track, produced by Louis Vivet, seamlessly melds the two now-iconic melodies thanks in part to the expertise of a songwriting team that counts Justin Bieber as another client.
