German producer and techno maverick Martin Buttrich has officially launched his new label, Rhythm Assault, with the creation of Collaborator: a two volume project that will feature a wealth of masterful collaborations with artists such as Guti, DJ Tennis, Loco Dice, Timo Maas, Carl Craig, Guy Gerber, The Martinez Brothers and more. He says his vision for Collaborator is to create an outlet to release his own music sans the constraints and limitations of planned imprints. The project’s first collaboration, “Synchronicity,” is a pounding, rhythm-fueled driver featuring German producer Mathew Jonson and is slated for release October 16. You can stream it here:
