It may not be September anymore, but your favorite Australian rocking the dirty disco, Throttle, has got an official remix of Earth, Wind & Fire’s classic jam for you. Utilizing all the plucks and groovy synths that Throttle fans crave, the young ICONS artist has unleashed the track after a long period of teasing its existence.

There is little doubt that this track excites on all fronts; without offending the world-wide smash hit, Throttle manages to flip the song into his own, with a notable signature flavor that you’ll only get from him. His work is phenomenal yet subtle — a step in the right direction in terms of remixing a historic tune like “September.”

The rumor goes Throttle’s forthcoming Oliver Heldens collaboration isn’t too far off, but “September” will certainly hold you over until then.
