The A&R team are likely to be feeling pretty smug with themselves enroute to the New Year, and rightly so, but follow-up quickly on MANT’s remix of ‘Into The Night’ to set the tone for 2016 with a fresh batch of records courtesy of their Winter EP.
York newcomers ATYK lands ahead of the curve with a blissful display of beat aptitude for the final quarter. A stripped back explosion of vicious kicks, carnivalesque percussion and minimal lead work, there is a raw and untamed edge to ‘Giddy’ that makes it a simple yet essential piece of the label’s next generation collateral.
