The Legend Of Zelda – Ocarina Of Time’s Gerudo Valley (Hardwell Remix)

In association with The Video Game Awards, which honors the best of the year in gaming, Hardwell has been called upon to remix a classic video game theme of his choice. Hardwell set his sights on “Gerudo Valley,” citing Ocarina of Time as his “favorite Zelda game,” and transforming the melody of the theme song into a mainstage marvel.

Afrojack, Dash Berlin, and Steve Aoki are also tasked with a remix associated with this year’s special awards show, but Hardwell’s interpretation is the first of a handful to emerge that blends these two industries together once again. Deadmau5 and CHVRCHES are set to perform on Thursday, December 3 at Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theater, which will host The Video Game Awards and be streamed live on YouTube.
