Governors Ball announces 2016 lineup

Just as the buzz surrounding Coachella’s lineup is beginning to recede, Governors Ball has dropped its own stellar lineup for 2016. The festival, held on Randall’s Island in New York City, features a diverse lineup headlined by Kanye West, The Strokes, and The Killers.

This year’s lineup culls the best and brightest of hip-hop, electronic, and rock. Death Cab for Cutie, M83, Jamie xx, Duke Dumont, Joey Bada$$, Vince Staples, Haim, Chvrches, Bloc Party, and Beck are among the talent coming to New York June 3-5.

Kanye previously headlined the festival in 2013, and his own creative agency DONDA designed this year’s lineup poster. The Strokes headlined in 2014. Check out 2015’s recap above, and the full lineup below.
