Mad Decent Block Party is possibly headed to India
It looks like Diplo may be ready to conquer new ground with his legendary Block Party circuit, and it appears India may be in the Mad Decent head honcho’s crosshairs. In 2015, India proved to be one of the most exciting dance music markets in the world. According to Gorgon City‘s tour dates posted to their Facebook page (which have since been removed), the tail end of February will find the duo performing in Mumbai, Agra, and Bengaluru, supposedly at a Mad Decent Block Party. Diplo has publicly said on numerous occasions that India has not seen the last of him and his crew, and separately, has been candid about his desire to continue to grow his Block Parties each year.
While there are no official details yet, the leaked dates present strong evidence for Mad Decent Block Party’s expansion to India.
