AlunaGeorge share new video for latest single, ‘I’m In Control’

AlunaGeorge are back this year behind news of a sophomore studio effort due this spring via Interscope. The album is led by a new single that pairs the UK pop duo with Jamaican-native rapper Popcaan, “I’m In Control.” The track brings together sultry island melodies and plucking dancehall punctuation for what could prove to be one of AlunaGeorge’s most popular mainstream selections in time. As of now though, the pair are sharing a new video to accompany their latest tune, starring the group’s lead Aluna Francis, as the hype behind their impending LP I Remember begins to build.

While the other half of the group, George Reid, typically only appears on the production side of things, Aluna takes front and center in the video, blissfully cruising around paradise to the new single’s catchy tropical accents. Biking through humid streets and grinding down narrow open-air corridors, Aluna Francis puts her seductive finishing touch on the video for “I’m In Control.”
