Modus has been lighting up the Los Angeles underground scene over the past few years. Since winning Insomniac’s Discovery Project, the LA based producer has gone on to chart in the Beatport Techno Top 100 and remix everyone from Kaskade to Flight Facilities. His newest track, “Make It Work,” is a special cut from his live sets which he is now giving away for free. The song features a dark bassline and relentless groove, naturally carrying the production across its eight-minute span. With a sampled vocal hook on top, it’s a simple but effective concoction with obvious dancefloor potential.
