Sonic the Hedgehog releases cryptic tweet surrounding an unlikely collaboration with Madeon

Yesterday, Sonic the Hedgehog released a cryptic tweet alluding to a potential collaboration with young French producer Madeon. The tweet’s image contains several lines of strange characters and a modified version of the logo for Madeon’s recent debut album, Adventure.

The initial cause of their collaboration seems to be a tweet from Madeon back in 2015, in which he states that Sonic Adventure 2 is his favorite video game, and that the “[only] reason I called my album Adventure is to be able to call the next one Madeon Adventure 2 battle btw.”
