Hotel Garuda – Smoke Signals (Original Mix)
Hotel Garuda kick-started 2016 not only with an 18-date North American stint alongside AMTRAC, but news of their signing to PRMD Music. Joining the likes of Avicii, Cazzette and iSHi, Manilla Killa and Candle Weather break from their run of high profile remixes with inaugural single “Smoke Signals,” bringing a new edge vocal to the duo’s polished studio presence. The track speaks to that middle ground between the club floor and the radio airwaves, but holds enough of Hotel Garuda’s punchy melodic edge to keep fans new and old on board whilst circling fresh musical territory. No one really saw the duo’s union with PRMD coming, but if this first single is anything to go by then this is a solid match with exciting musical prospects ahead.
