Louis Futon provides chilled-out remix to RÜFÜS DU SOL’s ‘You Were Right’

Louis Futon has made a name for himself as a highly desired commodity in bass music at just 23 years of age. His earlier years spent amassing fans as a rookie producer have culminated in a busy and prosperous year thus far which has seen the launch of his Zoned Out mix series along with an immersive tour across the United States in April and May.

He draws recent inspiration from Australian outfit RÜFÜS DU SOL for his newest output, a re-work of their single “You Were Right.” Futon builds a chilled out atmosphere to the original, inserting airy future bass drops into the soundscape that fit well with the vocals. He proves in this case that sometimes simple is just enough for a track, creating a refined piece of music designed to provoke maximum emotional value.
