Snapchat is quickly becoming a popular vessel for artists to tease their fans by dropping hints about new projects, releases and partnerships. Yesterday, DJ and producer Don Diablo used the medium to share an image of him and Rihanna, not so subtly announcing an upcoming project with the star.

The image was quickly screenshot and posted to Reddit, where it incited a slew of differing opinions from fans, ranging from excitement at the prospect to flat-out accusations that Don Diablo has officially become a sell-out. A day later, the project has surfaced as an official remix of Rihanna from Don Diablo. The Dutch producer transforms Rihanna’s “Love on the Brain” into a club-savvy trap piece, once again proving his mastery of multiple genres.
