TastyTreat and Kid Lizard tap into sultry jazz vibes on ‘U And Me’

Masters of the sultrier side of dance music, TastyTreat have been fine tuning their sound with each new track that they put out. Their last few tracks in particular have featured a distinctive “future jazz” sound that blends their future bass synth styles with jazzy percussive elements.

With their latest track, “U And Me,” the Los Angeles-based pair team up with the mysterious Kid Lizard to give vocalists Madi and Malcolm Anthony a lush soundscape to let their voices mingle. The track gets off to a funky start at the outset with some sexy vocal runs and plenty of interplay between the two vocalists. Ultimately, the track cements duo’s penchant for genre fusion, reminding listeners why they are one of the most exciting production forces at work.
