Watch Martin Garrix show off his guitar skills in the BBC Live Lounge

It turns out Martin Garrix is quite the talented musician outside the realm of electronic music, as evidenced by his brief stop at the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge on September 28. With Bebe Rexha in tow, the two artists performed their recent collaborative hit “In The Name Of Love, in addition to a cover of Twenty One Pilots’ “Heathens” live for an intimate audience during which Garrix showed off his skills on the electric guitar as part of the band. Both tracks held their own in a live setting, showcasing Garrix’s keen ear for creating versatile music.

The Dutch wunderkind has had a year full of changes thus far, leaving his home base of Spinnin’ in favor of inking a deal with Sony, and even launching his own imprint STMPD Records.
