Cashmere Cat produced music for The Weeknd’s new album
The Weeknd is gearing up to release his third studio album, Starboy, and he’s got an impressive cast of collaborators joining him on the 18-track feature. Out this Thursday, Starboy will feature work with electronic legends Daft Punk on “Starboy” and “I Feel It Coming,” as well as music with Lana Del Rey and Kendrick Lamar.
The Weeknd’s forthcoming album will also feature production work from Cashmere Cat, who has steadily graduated from producing electronic music to notable hip-hop tracks from Kanye West and Travis Scott. The Norwegian producer reveals that he’s produced four songs for Starboy, which Wikipedia names “True Colors,” “Attention,” “All I Know,” and “Die For You.”

Starboy, out November 25, also features a Diplo-produced track titled “Nothing Without You,” while Cashmere Cat is prepping to release his debut album before the end of the year.
