Sónar announces Justice, Eric Prydz, De La Soul and more for 2017
Sónar, the Barcelona-based event turned international festival powerhouse, has announced the initial roster for its upcoming 2017 event. The festival has built a name for itself curating some of the most diverse and original lineups in the world, showcasing a wide, enticing array of talent from headliners down to underground and emerging acts. Leading 2017’s announcement, Eric Prydz, Justice, Moderat, and Cashmere Cat are all slated to perform in Barcelona this summer from June 15-17.
Hip-hop will be in strong representation at Sónar 2017 with Clams Casino and legendary rhymers De La Soul landing on the first phase announcement of the lineup. Nicolas Jaar, Nina Kravitz, and Damian Lazarus will all appear at Sónar 2017, and between now and next summer, a number of high-profile electronic and hip-hop performers are expected to join them on the lineup too.
