Julian Jeweil’s brand of techno is polished and unrelenting. Over the years, he’s remained true to his sound, crafting momentous compositions that have built major traction in his career. Throughout 2015 and 2016, his success culminated in multiple #1 hits, creating a whole new demand for his refined sound.
His newest EP is yet another embodiment of the timeless style that has allowed him to climb the techno ranks. Titled Chrome, Jeweil presents listeners with fiery new originals fit for peaktime warehouse hours. The eponymous opener sets the tone of the EP, embracing muddled bass and cunning, hollow synth accents which add perfectly to the piece’s overall shadowy nature. Jeweil ties these effects together with his signature heavy percussion, with kicks that ensnare listeners in the track’s confines until it fades out.
Chrome lands on Form Music on December 12th.
