AM Only and Windish merge into Paradigm Talent Agency
Paradigm’s merger deals with AM Only and The Windish Talent agency, which had initially began in 2012 and 2015 respectively, have now been solidified. Moving forward, all three companies will now operate under the Paradigm name, effectively transforming themselves into one of the biggest talent agencies in the entire entertainment industry. They also announced the creation of a brand-new group headquarters in New York, in which AM Only and Windish CEOs Paul Morris and Tom Windish will join the executive leadership board to ensure operations continue smoothly.
Of the new partnership between the three companies, Paradigm CEO Sam Gores advised, “Our mutual respect and shared values makes this integration a natural fit. I consider us very fortunate to have the brilliant minds of Paul and Tom on our team.” Paul Morris agrees: “By combining forces with Monterey Peninsula Artists, Little Big Man and, now, AM Only and Windish, Paradigm has built an inclusive culture that keeps the spirit of these independent companies alive, which allows our unique attributes to continue to flourish within the unified agency,” said Paul Morris, CEO of AM Only.”
AM Only and The Windish Talent Agencies are both known for their extensive dance music artist roster. The former represents the likes of Tritonal, KSHMR, and DJ Snake, while the latter represents M83, Hernan Cattaneo, and more. Their partnership with Paradigm will allow a much broader range of coverage for the company, in which they hope to more effectively build their artists’ careers.
