Noir, Olivier Giacomotto, and Hendrik Burkhard make are a brilliant team, as evinced by their new piece on Suara, titled “Blackrays.” Lush synths with far-ranging percussive elements build into an entrancing underlay that is brought to a haunting level with the help of Hendrik Burkhard’s vocals. Its brooding, deep aura traps listeners into its confines and forces heads down on any dance space it touches.

“Blackrays” is slated for a February 6 release, and marks the second time we’ve seen Noir & Olivier Giaomotto have fused their talents together. It will also serve as Noir’s first release on Suara using his primary moniker.
