Blasterjaxx provide one of the best big room tracks of 2017 with “Black Rose”
Energetic Dutch duo Blasterjaxx are known for their adrenaline-fueled big room house sound. Recently, the two producers have embarked on a run of new singles, released on their own label under the name “The XX files.” The third single of this series, “Black Rose” stands out among a sea of other big room releases by simply being a thoughtfully composed song that stays true to the Blasterjaxx form of their 2014-2015 heyday.
Sticking to their formula for success, Idir and Thom have given the song the complete Blasterjaxx treatment – typified by heavy synths, big buildups and a massive, bass infused beat drop. Vocals provided by Jonathan Mendelsohn add a dynamic edge to the track, but really, the track would almost be better as an instrumental mix.
