Yellow Claw, DJ Snake and Elliphant share new trap anthem, ‘Good Day’
Dutch trap staples Yellow Claw have enlisted two stalwart acts – DJ Snake and Elliphant – for an unstoppable collaboration, entitled “Good Day.” The single is quite a step outside the group’s usual “turnt” approach, however, employing the mid-tempo, tropical-inspired sounds du jour to make a pop single that works as well on the radio as it would in their sets. Its infectious nature will likely translate into a surefire hit, backed further by the fact it’s released on Diplo’s prolific Mad Decent imprint.
“Good Day” is one of the first singles to be released from Yellow Claw’s forthcoming debut alum, Los Amsterdam, and foreshadows a diverse palette of instant hits which will cater to all ends of the pop and trap spectrum.
