Secret Solstice announces ‘Into The Glacier’ featuring Dusky hosted by Ministry of Sound

While Iceland’s Secret Solstice boasts big name headliners — including Foo Fighters, Rick Ross, Big Sean and more — for its fourth installment, side soirees like the Midnight Boat Party, the new Lava Tunnel, and the exclusive Into The Glacier event are poised to steal the show.

For the first time, the festival enlists global dance ambassadors Ministry of Sound to host their Into The Glacier show, a one-of-a-kind rave inside the second largest glacier in Europe. Ministry of Sound will host UK duo Dusky inside the 10,000 year old glacier to spin dance music for 125 lucky guests on June 17, on Saturday of the festival. Patrons enter the Langjökull glacier by spelunking through an over 500 yard tunnel that ends with them completely immersed in icy, electronic vibrations.

Secret Solstice also reveals the hosts of their electronic stage takeovers during the festival, taking place between June 15 – 18, 2017. Acclaimed dance music brands and labels Anjunadeep, Art’s House, ATG, Circoloco, Crew Love and SCI+TEC will lead the electro party at the four day festival.

The sun quite literally never sets at Secret Solstice, one of the most boundary-pushing music events in the world. Check out the teaser for Dusky’s on-ice debut at the Into The Glacier experience above.
