Marshmello’s original alias, Dotcom, returns, announces new music on the way
There’s a new Dotcom boom on the way. Before the VC’s in Silicon Valley start rejoicing, however, let’s clarify: the producer born Chris Comstock has announced a revival of his old alias and unveiled the release of new music is imminent.
On Twitter, Comstock revealed his return and promised the first new release under the Dotcom alias in over a year’s time.
Time for some new music ……..

Comstock hasn’t been completely inactive, however. It’s been an open secret that the maestro of confectionary bass, Marshmello, was Dotcom all along. Marshmello, of course, has turned into one of the biggest names in electronic music, routinely selling out shows and playing on the main stage worldwide. Still, Dotcom was an alias that had significant hype going for it before Comstock put on the mask and fans — both of his original project and the ubiquitous Marshmello — will surely check out whatever he has in store.
