Michael Brun caught One Republic’s Ryan Tedder’s attention quickly with his remix of their recent single, “Lift Me Up.” So much so that the band’s leader decided to help Brun finish the piece off as an official collaboration.

The two have created a more dance worthy, anthemic piece heavily influenced by Brun’s signature Haitian/EDM fusion approach yet containing the fine nuances of Tedder’s touch and uplifting vocals. The track’s overwhelmingly tropical nature makes it perfect for the season, fitting beach parties and outdoor settings well.
