Watch an orchestra take on Daft Punk’s ‘Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger’

Daft Punk‘s classic “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger” is 16 years old this year, but that hasn’t stopped DJs, producers, and orchestras around the world from putting the timeless track into their sets.

Wait, orchestras?

Germany’s Rundfunk-Tanzorchester Ehrenfeld (Radio Dance Orchestra of Ehrenfeld) recently covered “Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger” with its 15-piece ensemble, much to the delight of the studio audience at Neo Magazin Royale, a German satirical late-night talk show.

The orchestra covered the Discovery track with such accuracy, while still adding their own flare to the rendition. The horns and drums in particular breathe life into the track, giving it a fresh, modern feel despite its age. The vocalist masterfully handles the Rocktron Talk Box while manning the keyboard, somehow managing to make the entire process appear effortless.
