Midoca creates haunting atmospheres in new single, ‘Baby’

Midoca is quickly becoming a master of deep, haunting atmospheres, as his latest single, “Baby,” proves once again. The track evokes a beautiful kind of melancholy that, combined with his creative sound design, becomes a powerful emotion that will easily overtake the listener.

Overall, “Baby” is not unlike The Glitch Mob‘s track “The Clouds Breathe For You,” off of their EP Piece of the Indestructible, or similarly powerful ambient tracks by artists like Bassnectar or Seven Lions. As one of the up-and-coming artists who is successfully carving a niche for themselves — he was recently featured in Dancing Astronaut’s 5 Under 5k: Vol. 4 — Midoca is definitely one to watch.
