In August, Avicii surprised the electronic community after dropping his new EP AVĪCI, ending his year long hiatus. The producer recently announced a massive remix contest in collaboration with DJ City for hit single “Without You” from the album, and this weekend, the winners were announced.

Remixers battled it out for $5,000 cash prize and a spot on DJ City’s music platform and social media channels. Avicii ended up choosing not one but two winners for the contest. Notre Dame’s take on the track adds a jazzy house flair to the track, while Tokima Tokio ups the tempo and adds in an entirely new synth progression.
