Calvin Harris donates proceeds from Omnia show to Las Vegas Victims fund

In this wake of the Las Vegas shooting — officially the deadliest mass shooting in modern American history — the electronic dance community has come together to support victims, their families, and the city itself. Calvin Harris is the latest producer to join a growing list of high profile artists donating in the wake of the tragedy. Harris announced that he would be donating the show fee from his performance at the Omnia nightclub on October 14 to the Vegas Victims fund via an Instagram post.

Other producers to pledge their support include Diplo, Tiësto, Kaskade, NGHTMRE, and Zedd among many others. The tragedy in Vegas has shaken the music industry to its core, and artists and fans alike have come together in a show of strength and support for Las Vegas.
