Mat Zo offers new track for free, suggests donation to hurricane victims
Mat Zo has uploaded his new track, “Eye Of The Storm,” free for download in exchange for a suggested donation to United for Puerto Rico to aid hurricane victims. The grammy-nominated producer said he crafted the song with Hurricane Irma victims in mind.
“I felt it was particularly appropriate to give this track away to help continue raising awareness and hopefully some money for victims of the storm in Puerto Rico, who are still very much in need.”
The uplifting dance track also fittingly samples Irma Thomas, with her lyrics offering solace: “You are safe with me, in the eye of the storm.”
“Eye Of The Storm” is available for free download with the recommended donation to UFPR here, on Mat Zo’s Mad Zoo website. UFPR is a charity organized by the First Lady of Puerto Rico Beatriz Rosselló in the wake of the gargantuan destruction Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria wreaked on the island.
