Premiere: GoodLuck – Saved By The Summer

South African live electronic trio, GoodLuck, may be just creeping onto the international dance radar now, but based on their eight #1 positions on South African radio, the group is surely making waves in their domestic scene. With a sound that fuses influences from electronic, pop, reggae, and alternative music, GoodLuck have a style that draws an eclectic fanbase together and their nostalgic new single, “Saved By The Summer” demonstrates just that.

Opening with smooth vocals from the group’s lead singer Juliet Harding, the group’s producers bed her lyrics with sun-soaked reggae guitar plucks, placid synths, and echoing guitar plucks that mix together in unison. Summer may be behind us, but GoodLuck is certainly trying to keep the warm weather around as long as possible with this radiant dancepop piece.
