Novation have developed an online version of its Launchpad MIDI controller. Dubbed Launchpad Arcade, the Web supported edition of Launchpad can run on either desktop or mobile, allowing artists to remix on the go. Launchpad Arcade additionally supports the British musical equipment manufacturer’s original hardware, a nod to the importance that Novation place on the synchronicity of hardware and software elements.

Artists using Launchpad Arcade in conjunction with Google Chrome can control the sequencer with a QWERTY keyboard. The newly launched online version currently only offers one-pack of sounds, but Launchpad Arcade users can access more sounds via the Launchpad iOS app.
