Premiere: NightPulse – Sin

NightPulse is the new, ominous electronic project from former Bad Things drummer Lena Zawaideh. With heavy influence from the likes of BANKS and Grimes, Zawaideh handles both the production and vocal duties on her unique take on pop-leaning tracks.
NightPulse’s latest single, “Sin,” exemplifies her sound: brooding and dark, though inherently catchy. A twisting flute melody flows throughout, and unsurprisingly given her background, Zawaideh’s production features clever percussion parts that culminate in a ferocious flourish near “Sin’s” end.
The quality of songwriting and its propulsive nature solidify NightPulse as one to watch in 2018.
