So the new Roger Sanchez track finally dropped this week (I say new, though it’s really a rework of his song 2Gether that dropped over the summer.) I have mixed feelings about this one. On the one hand, this track itself has a sick beat. He pumped up the energy from 2Gether and started off the track with a series of heavy drops, which give it a huge sound. On the other hand, this may unfortunately signal the inevitable rise of rapper/DJ combos and the transition of more house artists towards collaborating with pop and hip-hop stars to tap American dance charts. We’ll see if Roger Sanchez starts following in Guetta’s footsteps and producing more split-genre tracks.

Im sorry but im really not feeling this whole far east movement crap , they dont belong in our genre and are just mainstreaming and urbanising our whole concepts on music. i’ve always hated this fat cunt sanchez too.
I use to love Roger Sanchez. Back in the 90s and early 00s he was tossing out some really great stuff.. lately its been meh BUT the original version of this and the Chus mix are both great.
I feel like on this track FEM have sucked out everything that made it club forward. I do understand that some DJs/Producers feel the need to try and appeal to a broader audience but I dont think this is the “Guetta” track for him.
Hip Hop and House CAN work but as we all know 90s Eurodance crammed that recipe down our throats and killed the coolness of it. I think this track will be an afterthought and 2 months from now we will just keep playing the older version.
This is worse than N-sync… Talk about main stream garbage… what happend to it being about music and self expression. Thats why I’m happy people like Afrojack get scored high on the DJ Rankings :)
