Knife Party teams up with SHM & Skrillex, previews new tracks in Ibiza mix
You might remember Knife Party from their incredible remix of “Save The World.” Composed of Pendulum‘s Rob Swire and Gareth McGrillen, Knife Party recently previewed a whole host of ridiculous tracks on their Ibiza mix live from Space. The standouts, though, have to be their collaborations with Swedish House Mafia & Skrillex, as well as a dirty Knife Party remix of Nero’s “Crush On You.” The first of these tracks is currently only known as “Working Title*” and is way harder than anything we have heard from Swedish House Mafia before, with strong dubstep and electro influences. As it is so different to anything else produced by SHM, we were hesitant to publish without confirmation. However, both the BBC Radio 1 & Knife Party websites have confirmed the tracklist.

The second track is a moombathon collaboration with Skrillex, titled “Zoology.” Although as equally hard hitting as the SHM collab, this track has a different vibe as it is laid over a bouncing moobathon beat.

Knife Party’s Ibiza mix also includes several of their own tracks that we are told are to be forthcoming on an EP. Collaborations with Skrillex & SHM… quite a way to start off!
