Flux Pavilion and Kaskade infiltrating BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra this weekend

Kaskade, Las Vegas resident, one of the driving forces behind the Identity Festival and generally one of America’s biggest name DJs, delivers 2 hours of melodic, euphoric, big-room house music in this exclusive Radio 1 Essential Mix. This could arguably be one of the best essential mixes recorded this year and it is Kaskades first essential mix to date. The live broadcast will start tonight at 7pm (Pst) and will go for two hours, so dont forget to tune into BBC Radio 1 and experience 120 minutes of pure, unadulterated Kaskade.

One of the biggest names in dubstep and the boss of Circus Records, Flux Pavilion, is set to takeover BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra sitting in for Mistajam’s two hour radio show on Saturday at 3pm (Pst). Dillon Francis, moombahton king at the moment, is going to have a special 25 minute mini mix sometime during the show that contains some bleepy, 110 bpm bangers. Mistajam holds a three hour radio show Monday thru Thursdays showcasing dubstep, grime, hip hop, D&B, dancehall and everything in between on BBC Radio 1Xtra. On Saturdays, he has a two hour radio show in the past that has showcased new and old talent. His new saturday show is going to be bringing in some big names in dubstep featuring a wide variety of artists. If you tuned in yesterday for Skream and Benga’s show you know you can expect all new and exclusive tracks live. We’ll be updating you guys with new shows being broadcasted weekly.
