It seems as though Swedish EDM artists like Albin Myers and Avicii can’t wait to trick-or-treat as they are generously giving away free downloads to their beloved fans. Avicii’s remix of Colplay’s “Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall” is another A-1 masterpiece by the genius engineer, who has yet to release the immensely long-awaited originals, “Levels” and “Silhouettes.” The remix contains the heavenly piano touches that make Avicii’s tracks so special and uplifting. The prodigy has not let up with the amount of superlative releases he has been delivering over the past year such as “Fade Into Darkness,” “Drowning,” “Hang With Me,” “Blessed,” “Jailbait,” and “My Feelings For You” just to name a few. Avicii’s style, class, and domination is transcendent and superior to much of what we’ve seen in the EDM world over the past couple of years. The man will live to be a legend (unlike Lebron), and we are all fortunate enough to be witnesses. Just to clear things up, the instrumentals on this remix shouldn’t be confused with the falsely named Avicii remix of “Philter – Revolver.”
