Tech house legend Umek does his best Afrojack impression with the bleepy, bouncy “Freak it Out.” It’s endearing, energetic, and in classic Umek style, will probably have you tapping your right big toe even if you’re in absolutely no mood to expend any kinetic energy. Watching the lovable Slovenian perform is an absolute treat. Every build and break comes with a natural ease, and while you’ll probably be fist-pumping by the end of his set, you’re allowed to take your own sweet time to get there. Umek was a standout performer at Escape from Wonderland 2011, and we can’t wait to hear him drop “Freak it Out” live.
