This is 17-year-old Finnish DJ, Lenno’s Dancing Astronaut debut and we surely hope it won’t be his last. Dirty South just posted the talented young producer’s remix of his own track with Thomas Gold, “Eyes Wide Open,” on his SoundCloud and it is beautiful. The tune employs an enchanting melody, sophisticated chord progression and disco-esque synths. Some remixes tend to contain too much of the incipient inspiration and not enough of the unique perspective of the remixer. Lenno’s remix is strikingly different from the original and that ingenuity is what we appreciate most about his version.

phenominal
I listened to this when it was posted on another music blog… really nice! It’s even better if you heard the original, and the memories of it come back when you listen to this… half way in the clip when it drops it’s pure bliss! I want to listen to the whole thing!
awesome bounce to it
