Usually Dada Life’s productions have basslines that are so juicy there isn’t any room for vocals. Somehow, they always manage to make a vocal version that adds a little something that the instrumental mix didn’t have. “Happy Violence” is a great example of how they executed this to perfection. In “Kick Out The Epic Motherf**ker” they do the something similar, expect they involve less vocals and only place them in scattered segments throughout the track. They opted to not have the vocals overwhelm the craziness of the tune, which we believe to be the correct choice.
