Diplo is well known for jumping on new trends in music early. He was one of the first major American DJs to incorporate Dubstep influences into his tracks and sets and more recently has been a huge promoter of Moombahton. He continues in this fashion with his newest upcoming single which is heavily influenced by Bounce music.

For those of you who don’t know, Bounce is a genre that draws its’ roots from New Orleans Hip Hop music. It is characterized by its quick and energetic “triggerman” beat. Diplo teams up with rising Bounce star Nicky Da B to bring us “Express Yourself.” A full 6 track EP is coming out in May featuring guest spots from Datsik, Flinch & others.
