Today was a usual jam-packed Music Monday, but there’s still so much more we didn’t get around to posting. Keep reading for DA’s Best of the Rest, for Monday July 30th, 2012.


1. Steve Angello is bringing his Size Crew to New York on September 22nd. While the event isn’t 100% confirmed yet, it’s a safe bet that the event will take place outdoors somewhere in Central Park… SummerStage anyone?

2. Mau5trap has a new EP out called We Are Friends. Check it out to hear what’s up-and-coming on Deadmau5’s very own label.

3.  Tiesto has confirmed his plans to return to Los Angeles. He’ll play at the Staples Center on October 22nd.

4. Hardwell and Showtek release their collaboration, “How We Do.” (You have seen the epic video, right?)


1. Godskitchen has released its Ibiza Trance Anthems compilation on iTunes and includes music from Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, and Paul van Dyk.

2. Hard Summer Festival dropped an unofficial mix with 10 unique tracks.

3. Tiesto has released his 278th podcast. You can grab that here.

4. Get Weird with Pierce Fulton’s latest podcast, one hour of big tracks from one of the hottest up-and-comers on the scene.

5. Deadmau5 releases more previews to upcoming tracks.
